CORK ON A FORK

For one night only, The Bookshelf at the Elysian is teaming up with Victor França of Nua Asador (Marina Market) for a wood-fired tasting menu that brings bold, local flavours to the forefront.

Crafted in collaboration by our kitchen and Victor’s open-flame expertise, the evening will feature dishes like Skeaghanore duck smoked over fire, Nua Asador beef short ribs with chimichurri, and a standout grilled woodruff brioche with espresso martini mousse. Expect snacks to start, seasonal sides to share, and a rich depth of flavour from the wood fire throughout.
